By creating an account in our Store you accept these Regulations and the Privacy Policy (the content of which you can check here). Read their content and do not buy our products if you do not accept the Regulations or the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change the Regulations - you will be notified by providing a uniform text of the Regulations on this page. The change shall enter into force on the date indicated by us, but not earlier than within 7 days from the date of providing the uniform text of the Regulations in the Store. Changing the provisions of the Regulations does not affect the terms of contracts concluded before their entry into force.

All products offered through the Website are new and free from physical and legal defects.

Creating an account in the Store

The purchase of the goods we offer requires the creation of an account in the Store or providing personal data and data regarding the delivery address when purchasing the product. Creating an account, however, shortens the ordering process and also excludes the need to provide data each time when placing another order.

Creating an account requires providing an email address and establishing an account password, you can also create one via Facebook. By creating an account you agree to provide full and current information about yourself.

You may not transfer permissions to your account created in the Store to anyone else and allow anyone else to use it. You should protect the security of your account and the password that protects them, you should not share the password for the account in the Store with anyone.

You can register in our Store and purchase offered products if you have full legal capacity (you are of legal age). If you are a person who does not have full legal capacity, you may purchase products only after obtaining the consent of a parent, guardian or legal representative.

If you act on behalf of an organization, legal person or other entity, you should be entitled to use the Store and to act on their behalf.

After creating the account, you will be able to provide additional information in the account profile, e.g. delivery addresses or contact numbers, or specify your preferred payment method.

Placing orders

Clicking the Confirm button will place a binding order for the products in your basket. Placing an order is confirmed by email immediately after sending the order. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation. If we are unable to process your order, e.g. due to exhaustion of products, we will notify you by e-mail and we will refund the price you have paid immediately. If this is your will, we can also change your order, providing you with another product of your choice and making the appropriate settlements regarding the price difference. We reserve that we send ordered products after paying the full price.

We execute orders in Poland / in Selected European Union countries - you can always check the availability of delivery to a given territory in the delivery options.

If the delivery date is given in business days, it should be understood as all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, with the exception of public holidays.

You are bound by the prices offered at the time of placing the order. All prices we provide are gross prices including VAT. Until full payment of the sale price, the product remains our property.

By placing an order you will be able to choose one of the delivery options we offer. You will also be informed of the cost before ordering.

All refunds are made automatically to the account you use to make payment for the ordered product. In the case of payment via online transfer, payments will be refunded to the account from which the transfer was made.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the Store and the products offered, in particular the intellectual property rights to the name, trademarks, domain, form, graphics, articles, photos, belong to us or our trading partners. Copying or distributing them may violate our rights or the rights of our business partners.

Information Submitted

Providing, sending or transmitting any illegal content by Store users is prohibited. If you learned about any unlawful activity of another user, you should immediately inform us by sending an e-mail to the address provided at the beginning of the Regulations.

We have the right to moderate or remove all or part of the statement and other content posted in the Store that violates the provisions of these Regulations, applicable law or decency or may harm our good name or expose us to any liability.

Technical requirements necessary to use the Store

The technical requirements necessary to work with the Store's ICT system are as follows:

Cancelation from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract for each product purchased from us within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period runs from the day on which you (or a non-carrier indicated by you, e.g. a household member) came into possession of the product. To meet the deadline, you only need to send a notification before its expiry.

Withdrawal should be made by an unequivocal declaration of intent (e.g. by means of a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form here.

If you withdraw from the contract of sale of the product, immediately, but no later than within fourteen days of receipt of your notification, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (but with the exception of additional costs that may arise due to your choice of another delivery method than the cheapest usual delivery method). The refund will be made automatically to the account you used to pay for the purchased product, unless we agree on a different refund method.

We may refuse to refund your payment until you receive the returned product or until you provide us with proof that the product has been sent to us.

Remember, you should send the product back to us immediately, but not later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal. As with the withdrawal, the deadline is considered met if the product is shipped within fourteen days.

Remember also that you are responsible for reducing the value of the product, resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of this product.

Complaint procedure

You can send any complaint to us in writing, by e-mail or by phone to the addresses and numbers indicated at the beginning of the Regulations. If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before considering it, we will ask you to supplement it in the indicated scope. We will try to process your complaint as soon as possible, we promise that it will not take us more than 14 days. You will receive a reply to the complaint to the e-mail address assigned to your account in the Store or by e-mail, and if this data is not known to us - in writing.

In the case of considering the complaint in your favor, we will repair or replace the advertised product for a full-fledged one or if it is not possible to exchange the refund for the product in question within fourteen days from the date of consideration of the complaint. Instead of replacing the defect proposed by us, you can request replacement of the product for a non-defective one or instead of replacing it request removal of the defect, unless bringing the product into compliance with the contract in the way you choose is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the way we proposed.

Products sold in our Store may be covered by a warranty granted by their manufacturer or distributor. We do not provide any warranty for any products sold through the Store.

In the case of products for which the manufacturer or distributor has granted a guarantee, you can complain about a product with defects using the rights arising from the guarantee - in this case you will advertise the product directly with the guarantor (the entity granting the guarantee), and we will only be the agent submitting the complaint.
